Data Engineer

NeaMob Tech is a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in performance-driven advertising. We help businesses scale through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads and programmatic advertising.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to join us as the Data Engineer. If you have a passion for performance marketing, a track record of managing successful ad campaigns, and experience leading high-performing teams, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Writing advanced SQL scripts.
• Creating tables, procedures and functions in PostgreSQL.
• Lead and mentor the part of the team.
• Ingest data from diverse sources (APIs, logs, databases, marketing platforms).
• Optimize PostgreSQL data warehousing (partitioning, indexing, materialized views).
• Collaborate with analysts to serve clean, analytics-ready data for Power BI and Looker dashboards.
• OOP principles and Pandas library.
• Monitor pipeline health and automate data quality checks & schema validation.
• Continuously improve performance, scalability of the data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Leadership experience in managing, mentoring, and scaling teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of data warehouse technologies (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
• Experience working with marketing platform data (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4).
• Attention to detail with a passion for clean, well-documented, and reliable pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
